The Spec, Before the Code
Nothing gets built without a written spec and an observable acceptance test first. The rule that ends confident, wrong, unverified work before it starts.
The Self-Improvement Loop
Base, Upload, Inflow, Loop, Drive. One rule holds it together: run it by hand until it works, then automate. Automating a broken process only breaks it faster.
Agent Memory
A subagent that forgets everything between invocations can't get better at its job. The pattern that fixes it — a memory file each agent reads at start, writes at close.
Scheduled Automation
Cron jobs, checkpoint runners, standing goals that re-verify their own claims. The system runs while you sleep without drifting into a broken state.
Deploy Discipline
Commit equals deploy. Build before deploy. Never ship from a dirty tree. The unglamorous rules that separate a production system from a toy.
The Reconcile Habit
What the backlog says is done drifts from what is actually done. The verify-before-listing discipline that keeps the two honest.
The Curriculum
Two tracks, one practice.

Psyched Luxuries existed once before this. Seven years of daily practice, then a first run that came apart — the relationship it survived alongside, gone at the same span. What's taught here didn't start as a course. It started as the system built to rebuild the thing that broke, one session at a time, from May 2026 forward — no team, no funding, just the discipline that had already run seven years unbroken redirected at the machine instead of the mark.
The certifications below are real. They are not the point. The point is what they sit inside of: three deployed products, an agent fleet, a self-improving codebase, still running, still logging every session — because the practice that survives is the one that doesn't stop when the first version of it collapses.
